Mr. Oluseyi Steven Faseyiku
Chairman
Mr. Oluseyi Faseyiku is an accomplished Software Engineer and Enterprise Application Architect with over 20 years of global experience spanning middleware technologies, cloud architecture, application development, and enterprise integration. His multidisciplinary expertise has been instrumental in transforming technology frameworks across financial services, logistics, and IT service sectors.
He has held senior engineering and leadership roles in globally recognized organizations, including Capgemini, IBM, Bank of America, Lloyds Bank, Barclays, and HSBC. At these institutions, he led initiatives in cloud engineering, platform reliability, and enterprise-scale digital migrations.
Mr. Faseyiku holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also earned a Master of Science in Software Information Systems from the University of Westminster, UK. His unique blend of technical depth and strategic vision positions him as a thought leader in cloud technology and enterprise innovation.
His executive leadership includes previous roles as CEO of FirstHouse Limited, Research and Data Services Limited, and Chairman of Sonet Technologies Limited. He is currently the CEO of Synerforte UK Limited and Calderfront Limited.
Dr. Rotimi Olugbohungbe
MD/CEO
Dr. Rotimi Olugbohungbe is a Chartered Accountant and renowned ICT practitioner, bringing over thirty years of cross-industry expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, banking, consulting, training, and technology deployment.
He holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; an M.Sc. in Computer and Information Science from Lead City University, Ibadan; and a Ph.D. in Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria.
Dr. Olugbohungbe has more than two decades’ implementation, training and super user experience and understanding of Oracle Applications in diverse sectors of the economy. He is also well-grounded in IT Audit and has been extensively involved in IT Audit training as well as field work. An instructor with Oracle University, he is a resource person on Oracle training for corporate clients. A widely travelled professional, he is a Consultant to the World Bank on economic reforms and was a member of the World Bank Investment Climate Program (ICP) team for Nigeria.

Dr. Temitope Oshikoya
Director
Dr. Temitope Oshikoya brings over thirty years of distinguished leadership in international development, finance, strategy, and governance. A respected economist, chartered accountant, and banker, his career spans multilateral development finance, macroeconomic policy, and financial services regulation.
A Commonwealth Scholar, Dr. Oshikoya holds a Ph.D. in Economics from McMaster University, Ontario; an LLB and LLM from the University of London; an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the University of Liverpool; and a First-Class B.Sc. in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA, USA), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He also holds dual fellowships from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in both England and Nigeria.
Mr. Olusuyi Agbola
Director
Mr. Olusuyi Agbola is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner with over three decades of experience in audit, taxation, and financial advisory. He began his career with Akintola Williams & Co. (now Deloitte) and went on to serve as an Accountant at Bouygues Nigeria Limited, Basil Read Nigeria Limited, and Dragages Construction Limited.
He is currently the Managing Partner of Olusuyi Agbola & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners providing advisory services across sectors.
